Because ppl won't pay mid 30s for a car like this but they won't hesitate to buy one with a "built motor" for 25k that's prolly been rodded and god knows when it'd let go. Not to meantion not nearly as nice of parts as mine has and the condition and actual mileage of the car. It's mind blowing. Also the bashing I get from people compared to a "POS" that's for sale for say 20lk.

I know what you mean, it's ridiculous. On a brighter note, you have a nice car that is mechanically sound and reliable with quality parts. I think you could sell it much faster and receive much more interest if you part out/sell the side skirts, wing, canards, and rear diffuser. From what I've noticed the evos that sell the fastest are those with mostly stock appearance and a jdm rear, MAYBE wheels. It's not so much about the mileage as it is about looking original. People just don't want to do that work of reinstalling parts (even though it's a cake walk).

This way you could make more money on those extra parts than you would including them with the car.

It's just a shame to tear it all back down again not to mention being from billings I'd have to ship everything. And then also get bashed on price of parts ha. My car will sell I'm not to worried about it or in a rush. It's just a shame people won't even consider looking at it. They'd be amazed of the condition and quality.

Gorgeous car. I wanted to throw this out there for anyone interested in your sale looking for financing. I have gone through Suntrust bank (LightStream) for two used car purchases in the past. Most recently with my 06' Evo I purchased. They have good rates and as long as you have good credit and income usually you can get financed with no problem.
