injen super ses full exhaust system

removed it from my 08 gts when i traded it in.

by far the best exhaust for all 08 lancers. ( and 09s' w/2.0 liter)

Are FED and PZEV models the same for the full Injen SES?

NO, they are different.

 

my lancer was a PZEV. that does not just mean "california car" any more.

being in NY , you may have a PZEV.

 

Checked all the stickers on my driver side and nothing about California emissions, does that mean I'm FED?

there are no stickers. the PZEV is not really a "california emmisions thing".

there are alot of states which sell the PZEV lancers.

i believe if it has a 3M or 4M (i forget the letter) is the car FED. if it's 7M then it's PZEV

again, i don't remember the exact letter, so just look for the very first number that should be a 3, 4, or 7

 

Just went outside and checked, mine starts with a JA3AUxxxxxxx so I take it I have a FED Although I really want an Injen header-back exhaust lol.

give someone ther your VIN and have them tell you.

i know from communicating with others about exhausts......

new hampshire , mass. , and new jersey are PZEV lancers.

pretty good chance that new york would be PZEV as well.

 

the code you are looking for is not the VIN, it is on the passenger side of the car if you open the front door and look on the pillar. there will be a tag on there having the 3, 4, or 7M and some more numbers.
