Why:
For more power, of course! Retarding the factory camshafts by 5 degrees (both intake and exhaust) improves power output and resistance to detonation substantially. And for HKS camshaft users, retarding them 2-3 degrees (both intake and exhaust) also helps output considerably. And unlike many other alternatives, our cam gears are secured by five allen screws, making them virtually impossible to loosen up with time and vibration.. "
