Gauging interest in Lower Intercooler Piping

A benefit to our piece is that if you upgrade your turbo to one with a larger turbo outlet, you can simply cut off the 1" long section that is 1.75" and you now have a full 2.25" lower pipe.
Couplers flex, especially ones as long as the stock piece (8 inches) so reducing the flex directly out of the turbo does indeed help with increased response. If you've ever seen a high hp turbo car dyno, you will notice that all the couplers start to balloon from the sheer pressure and those couplers are only 3" long or so.

Thank you for being so courteous. I anticipate your pipe and will refer everyone to buy it as it looked even nicer than the AMS pipe even before you decided to take it to the turbo outlet.
Good Luck and everyone that is anticipating this mod, it is worthwhile.
Just talked to Jimmy. He's cutting and tack welding the first batch right now. I guess the first batch is going to be a batch of 20 pipes. Just wanna see if the interest is high. Hopefully we can get a before and after vid of my boost gauge/tach to see if there is any difference.

Yeah got the FG lower intercooler pipe on this evening. On my way home from work I did a test run to get a baseline, 40mph 4th gear rolling into it I got 22lbs of boost @3400rpm. This evening with 5 people in my car(bumperless too) same exact conditions I got 22psi @3000-3100 rpm. In addition to that I noticed that boost came on gradually with the stock pipe and with the FG pipe it "hits" a lot sharper and harder. This licp is def worth the money!!! I can't wait to get on it on my commute to work in the morning with no passengers in my car.
On a side note, Jimmy is one of the best people in the industry that I've worked with. In addition to running his shop, he cut all the pipes in his garage and tac welded all the pipes to provide an inexpensive pipe for the evo community. Give him a call or check out his site in the morning to see the pipe. He even help out some of the srt4 guys by fabricating pipes for them as well.
