It has been, but it's still perfectly fine to ask. I will be trying a different approach to inserting the bulbs into the halo. This should drasticly reduce the gap, possibly even eliminating it.

Please don't hesitate to ask any more questions.

I'm still waiting for the LED's to come in so it didn't hurt to try a few more times. I'm sure once people see your installs of my kit they'll want one too. We now have 10 people confirmed so production will start as soon as the LED's get here. Should start no later than 3/19/05. I'll post pictures of the gap reduction to show you guys how your product will look.

Have you thought about putting little grooves on the backside of the ring to get the light to reflect better?
