Alright, ran into a small problem. The LED's that were purchased just arent doing their job, so I have a fix for them. The material is on special order and will be at home depot tomorrow. Just to show you guys that The halos are made and are actually awaiting application, here's a pic of a few of them. I'm terribly sorry about the delay, but I just didn't want to give something out that is half-assed. PM me for a refund or whatever you need to know.

Wow, what an intense day!
Mike, I actually used bulbs that were rated 1100mcd on my car. On these I used bulbs that were rated at 5000-7000mcd. The problem with them not being bright stemmed from my usage of latex dip. It actually absorbed most of the light emmitted from the LED's. I corrected this by ordering double sided reflective tape (same as tin foil, but sticky) to house the bulbs. I just got done and these are all being sent out tomorrow. I was not able to completely rid the halo of the gap. The LED's were horribly visible through clear acryllic of the ring. If you guys don't like the gap, simply take off the tape and reflective material and voila, no gap! I really appreciate you guys being patient with this.
Here's what the the white ones will look like. I included one of evillution's red ones to show you guys how it turned out. Feedback please guys.

Definately well done, I'm glad I went with the white, it looks really good. As far as the red goes, looks more yellor or orange to me. Good work though, how long will shipping generally take?

Dig, the holes were made with a 1/4" bit. It was actually too big of a hole imo. Having a blacked out housing totally hides the wires. I'll get a pic as soon as my woman comes home with her camera (she takes it everywhere). The best part about the hole in the housing is that you seal it up with some excess sealant from the headlight housing. A lil dab'll do ya!
P.S. All paid orders shipped and tracking numbers sent to their respective buyers.

you could use those, but the goop from the headlight is plentiful and free! The led's will hold up just like the turn signal lens does in the oven. You don't need to put it in the oven as long as you did when you were trying to get them apart. You're just trying to get the glue warm enough to be workable, not super soft like when taking apart. The wires handles soldering temps w/o melting so they will hold up just fine. I did my absolute best not to do you guys over one. If for some reason they "blow" up or melt in the oven, I'll replace them free of charge. Deal?
