I have a Sparco Harness Bar that is in excellent/like new condition for sale. (Bolts and install hardware are included)

Thats a good deal, plus he is your buddy. You should buy from your buddy. Buddies should help buddies out.

I really don't want to go into a bidding war with your buddy anyways.
