EVO 7 Chargespeed Bottom line CF lip BNIB

I purchased a chargespeed carbon fiber bottom line lip, and the lip came as an evo 7 lip instead of an evo 9 lip. Seller wants to do nothing to fix the issue. It is Brand new in the box though.

There is a guy in need of a 7 lip on here in the Show and Shine forums. His name is something with a V or S, he has a white 7 and is from NY. Find him and shoot him a message.

how much to FL33166 and does this replace the factory lip? or it bolts under?
