I had an issue with the carpet smelling in my car from the factory, or port of entry I should say, installing the boost gauge etc in my MR and not sealing the hole properly in the wheel well.

I had to take the entire carpet out of the car and bring it to the dealer and they simply power washed and then shampooed the crap out of it and it was as good as new!

Luckily I didnt get any other electrical damage or fun stuff like that

 

BTW Mike, if you are selling the black gauge surround I will take it and come pick it up since I am local so long as it isnt damaged or modified
