If you've spent any time on the track you know these tires. Spectacular grip, fast and they wear like iron. If you are ready to try a DOT R compound tire these are considered one of the very best. C51 which is the medium, road racing, compound.
These tires have been heat cycled appropriately. We scrubbed them in and then ran them for two 20 minute sessions, and would race them now except for the Goodyear sponsorship. These tires are perfect in every way and are ready to mount up. Happy to ship CONUS, just let me know. Retail is about $300 a tire, maybe a bit less, and so am thinking $550 for the set is a great deal. You won't be disappointed.

Bump -I suppose you can try to convince yourself that your street tires will be ok for your upcoming track day. They will be, unless you are fast, then you will burn them up prematurely. They were never meant to get that hot, really.
Guarantee these will have a greater positive impact on your handling than all your other suspension mods combined.

This is just going to be another one of those things where you are looking now and saying "nice, love to have those, but can't really swing it now, and my tires are fine, and I have toher mods, etc" Then, you'll be getting ready for a track day and killing yourself for letting these past. You'll be staring at $900 for NT01s or R888 and wishing that you had these and saved $400. It happens to be so often it makes me sick. Try to learn from my mistakes.

Bump. So, no more track days this year? Really, you are all done? Just after you've started to getting the hang of rotating the car and faster exit speeds? Or are you worried about burning up your street tires? Well you should be - worried that is - as burning up your street tires and ruining them is one of the leading causes of relationship failure in the US. Women will see your street tires and run, I tell you, run from your car. They'll know that, if it rains, you will be sliding all over the place and scaring the bejabbers out of them. Don't let this happen to you. Buy some track tires that are, in fact, designed specifically to lower your lap times, last and last, AND attract women to your car. The performance, YOUR performance, mind you, will astound you, and her, just because of these tires. You won't know what to say except, under your breath after another exhausting sweaty night "thank goodness for Johnr352 and his track tires, thank goodness to him for turning my life around"...
