I got UR HFC. but I took out 10% of inner core for the better flow. if you are interested. 70 dollars shipped.

Also, I got a Brand new 3" Helix test pipe for 80 dollars.
It comes with seperate mechanical 02 fix

w/ the hi flow cat does the ses light come on? does it pass emissions?

No, you don't pass emissions with HFC and you need o2 fix too.
good thing about HFC is muffled sound and you don't shoot the flame with pretty decent flow.
Here is the pic of brand new Helix pipe and used UR HFC.
