Can you confirm - it looks like it necks down to less than 3" where it attaches to the cat. Is this true? Also, is the muffler full 3" all the way through?

it bolts right to the 3 inch test pipe.....IF it necks down at all its 1/8th-1/4 of an inch at most. its already packed up so i can't look now.
