the manifold has a 44mm flange. its a clamp type. the 38mm is a bolt up type flange. the 38mm wastegate will not fit on a 44mm flange.

 

Its a RNR kit minus the manifold. Yes it is flanged for a 44mm wastegate. I am including the flanges for the 38mm wastegate. The manifold will need to be modified for the 38mm. I have not test fitted this.
