Absolutely. That is what this turbo was designed for by Mitsu.

Considerable difference in spool-up. The TME spools up way faster (seat of pants noticable) due to the titanium guts. I loved mine!!! HP maybe up to 410-415 with supporting mods. (10-20HP+ over stocker?)

it's not only the spool up that i love, it's the transient boost recovery between shifts. This turbo is amazing. I can't believe it's not sold yet at this price.

Thanks for helping a brother out smoked! I've seen your vids and that car is quick. I bet it's quicker these days

I love my WR, but it does not spool quite as fast as the TME...tho it is close.

No prob my ez. I am just sharing the amazing spool up, quick throttle resonse that this turbo gives me over the "normal" turbo. Once I jumped in a stock spooling evo8 car again, with some mods, it felt like alot of TURBO LAG to me!! Can't go wrong with the TME!.

It will out spool the 9 turbo, but if I were you, I'd probably keep the 9 for the improved power potential...
