I paid for a t-case on november 15th form joosdawg. I never received t-case. communication spotty at best. now he doesnt respond to me at all. I STERNLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID ANY TRANSACTIONS FROM THIS PERSON.

It just amazes me that you would treat me like this after I treated you like a human during your needs for a transmission. What makes you think you can just ignore me? I am in the same freakin boat with you about this guy. I bought his exhaust for $500, I paid him October 16th and I don't have an exhaust. Granted we ran into a shipping error but he doesn't return my PMs or doesn't seem to care to get this issue resolved. But he hasn't had a problem keeping my money at all over this whole time.

Seems like this guy has a practice of selling parts to more than one person then not delivering to anyone. Here is another pm I got:
i have the same problem with him, he owes me $450 for exhaust and hes really shady and he keeps giving me excuses.
at first he said it was the shipping place that screwed him over and then he said sorry and kept on apologizing, then he said ill get you the money as soon as possible. then he buys himself new toys for his car and says now i have no money to give back to you. recently he tells me to wait until he sells his evo but i got a feeling that once he sells his evo hes gonna disapear and i wont get my money back.
its going to be 1 year in march that this has been going on.
