I have a used ACT single disc kit plus stock flywheel for sale. Used for about 15k miles. Never has been launched, but did see one track day road racing (which isn't hard on the clutch at all). The miles may seem high, but it's highway miles and not driven in traffic.
It's the standard street clutch that ACT sells. The disc still measures .303-.308". The flywheel was new when installed with the clutch, and looks good also. Works perfectly, just going to a twin disc with my new setup.
Asking $150 plus shipping. No pics, but can take some if needed.
