something is totally wrong,if you can't boost 7psi. Sounded engine issues. Have you try putting stock coils back on ? and see what it does ?

over here in california, i personally tune plenty of evos on e85 making over 500whp++ at 30psi and more with Sparktehc on-cdi or stock coils. Serious you need a new tuner.

The 9es plug is the WRONG plug for that setup. Put in the BPR7ES gapped to .22-.24 and if it continues then swap to a stock ignition and see how she does.

Koeal...

I located your work order for this system. It was purchased on Jan 02 09'. It is still in warranty actually it has 1 more year left. Our non-cdi coils carry a 2yr warranty from purchase date our harness and workmanship is lifetime. This means you can send us the system (customer pays shipping) and we inspect and replace defective coil if necessary.

So far out of over 1000 coils we've only had 1 defective. So i'm willing to wager the shipping costs both ways that the system is flawless. If it isn't i'll report our finds in this thread.

I completely agreee with you. A heat range 9 is way too cold for this application.
A heat range 9 is a plug i'd use in a 800+whp combo

Thank you Sparktech and if my Spark plug issue doesnt change this week ( cause Im going to try different plugs) then I will send it in for testing.

With me doing a motor build and the FP Black, I may still need to sell them but we will play that one at a time.

The hose to the fuel pressure regulator was off. So my hesitation issue was not a blowout, it was lack of fuel when I got on it. 3rd gear pulls I spiked 14-15 on my A/F ratio

Glad to hear the issue was unrelated to your Ignition and it was resolved without any damage to your engine. I'd still change those spark plugs. BPR7Es/8ES would be ideal for your hp goals.
