No it does not. It has a 3 bolt stock Midpipe design and only bolts to stock exhaust or the Works upgraded stock design Intermediate Pipe.
But if any one is interested I do have the stock Evo 8 intermediate pipe as well. Difference of VIII and XI midpipe is the VIII's have an o2 bung on them.

If you're not going all out, you can just check on the classifieds. Sometimes they have great exhausts for great prices! I bought several exhausts off the forums for good prices! I'm rockin a Perrin V1 ceramic coated and I got it for only 200 bucks. It'll save you alot of time and money! ;D
