Ok up for sale is my exedy cermametalic tripple disc clutch. This clutch was rebuilt about 5k ago with all new parts, friction disc's, floater plates, pressure plate disc, and hub. I have reciepts from map for all the parts execpt the two floaters as I picked them up new from a local and do not have the reciept. The flywheel was also re-surfaced as the time as well.
*Now the bad part. The hub that the discs ride on wore funny on disc #1. and disc #1 wore funny so they will both need to be replaced. I was having problems getting into gear at idle and this is what I found. The pressure plate "purple part" has speckles in it from a throw out bearing that went bad but is is purely cosmetic. The parts break down as follows to make this a new clutch again
DL03R - Clutch disc - 130.00 x 1
CH16 - Spline Hub - 175.00 x 1
So thats 305 dollars in parts.
The Clutch friction discs measure in at
Disc 2 -3.96mm
Disc 3 -3.97mm
New is 4.0mm and worn out is 3.0. So this is at about 96.5% life left on the other two disc's.
Price- EIDT 1/12/12 650 shipped! need money for a trans, make it gone!
