Built 2.0L 10:1 Shortblock JE Eagle ARP
Hey guys,
I decided to build a 2.4L just to change up my setup, and am thus selling the built 2.0L out of my car. The motor has 5-6K miles on it and never ate any oil. I've cut apart every filter since I've had it and there was NEVER a drop of metal in the oil.
Like I said, the only reason why I'm selling is because I went 2.4L for spool.
This motor never saw over 24#s with a standard 35r/.63 hotside, and was always professionally tuned, never revved past 8K.
The motor was built by a reputable Evo shop down in Florida. The name escapes my mind, but as you all know, a motor will combust in the first few miles if something is wrong, and since it has 5K on it and is still healthy, that means she was built right
.
Specs:
JE 10:1 Pistons (Stock Bore)
Eagle H Beam Rods
ARP Rod Bolts
Stock Block/Crank
ACL Bearings
AMS Balance Shaft Delete
I'll include the Front Case, Oil Pump, and Water Pump with the Shortblock. Oil Pump and Front Case done when motor was built.
I don't recall the clearances exactly, but they were very reasonable (not too tight, but not too loose).
This motor has made trips from Florida to New Jersey, as well as trips from Philadelphia to Indiana, which is where the milage comes from.
$1800. I'd prefer a local sale.
