Its ported to match a 70mm full blown, so anything that size or smaller(65mm ported stock tb, or a stock tb) are ready to bolt on and go.

3/8" fittings and feed lines on the double pumper?does it come with a "y"?also are the feed lines fuel injection hose or push-lock or ?

It includes everything. Even the stainless y and gates e85 compatible fuel injecton hose which was $75 alone.
