Dont use h beams
I had a failure with one in my 2.3

i want to get about 350-400wHp will it work on it?

which is better but not cost more then 300$?

 

in case H beams are carrillos its fine!

manley or eagle for 300 or less are OK both will hold up to 400-450AWHP

 

H-beams are fine for 400whp.. it's not the power that kills them it is the torque. I made 650whp on H-beams and many others have done the same. 400whp is not going to be an issue running H-beam rods lol..
