Engine ran for 1000 miles then got rod knock. I bought it from the guy that originally built it. I got new k1 rods and a good oem crankshaft. Had everything checked out/balanced/cleaned before replacing the rigs and bearings. This will be ready to go tomorrow, just forgot the crankshaft at the machine shop today. Pic is before reassembly, I Located in Atlanta, GA. Willing to ship at buyers expense. $1,750 obo

What's the guarantee this will run without getting rod knock again? And what wheel horsepower is it good until

 

Block was fully disassembled and then cleaned. I did not reuse anything except the block and pistons to eliminate the chance of it happening again. I would estimate it would hold 750-800awhp, that's what I was planning on making with it.
