Hey everyone, I have a couple gears and syncros for sale.
These came out of a 5-speed transmission with about 1000 miles on it; I put the unit in new and it developed a slight noise shifting into 3rd gear and possibly 5th after around 1000-1200 miles. After tear down I found the 3rd and 5th sleeves had an abnormal chamfer on them and required replacement. Even though they appeared fine, I pretty much always change out 3rd/5th gears/syncros and reverse syncro on tear down since they aren't the stoutest. 3rd and 5th gears and syncros look perfectly reusable to me on these and should be fine for reuse. They did come from a noisy car, but as you can see from the photos the wear was strictly the sleeves. Check out the photos and evaluate for yourself.

Random... but do you have any other 5spd parts? I'm missing the spring that goes on end of the shifter housing shaft, near where it goes into the roller bearing.
