so i bought my EVO back in august of 2015 it didn't have the rear spoiler just holes in the trunk :/ at first i was ok without having the spoiler but i am wanting to get one now.

What is the best looking spoiler for the EVO X in your opinion and if you have pictures of it on the car please post it .

In my opinion the stock sss wing looks the best. It just flows with the car and looks mature and not too boy racer.

 

ya but for the price for the oem sss wing i can get an aftermarket one that's why im not sure what i want. i was looking at this one apr gtc-200 adjustable wing

my car has the sss package but somewhere along the line a previous owner took off the spoiler :/

 

you can get a used sss wing for like $300 man..not sure where youre looking for pricing. probably the stealership lol

 

I like the look of the spoiler but having the area that shows me a cop is behind me made me not miss it in my MR.

Visibility > looks imo lol.

 

@Napalm_Enema: ya i currently have about 0 visibility thru the back because of a horrible window tint the previous owner had put on also its so wavy that's also on my to do list.

@elkazX: ya stealership price of oem sss wing is 2k think no way im going to pay that price im looking for after market spoilers under 1k but a used one will probably be the cheapest option i just don't want to get the oem and later end up wanting to get something else.

^^^ What ever u do dont get that wing he posted. It's to expensive because it is awesome. also, dude.. DO NOT get the APR GTC-200 just because it is to small for the cars body. If that's what you can afford then its fine.. go ahead. But i recommend adding an additional $650 - 700 to get the APR GTC-300 full adjustable wing. It is absolutely beautiful on this car. If you do not want a huge wing then stay away from that and go stock. I sold my SSS wing (high wing) for $250 on here MINT condition with 7k miles.

 

Aero motions r static wing.

It is pure carbon fiber and adjustable. Only problem is that the wing cost me $1700. I might sell it.

 

Or AJ hartman for a true motorsports grade wing. That thing is gorgeous.

 

Is that a scratch and a crack on the endplate? and just curious why did you get the Evo 8/9 base mounts?

 

no its just dirty. And i dunno, i thought it was X base mounts??

 

They dont look like mine, actually im not even sure what base mounts those are. Your screws on the endplates dont look right either, is this supposed to be an authentic wing?
