Evo 8 - 2.4LR GSC S3 Sheepey T3 FF 6466 E70+

We retuned Drew's Evo 8. We have been tuning this Evo for some time now. Recently he had a new turbo kit installed by RRT Motorsports which we went from an PTE 6266 to now a FF 6466. Turbo kit is made by Sheepey Built which as allows has amazing build quality.

Thanks to Command Performance for letting us use their dyno. If anyone wants a remote / internet / email style dyno tune in the CT area through us we can set it up with this shop very easily for you.

Fuel we tuned the vehicle on was E85 which is most likely a winter blend right now somewhere around E70~. Temps around 60F, pretty hot day today.

Fuel: E85 (winter mix)
Temp: 60F
Loc: CT

Power @ 36-37psi 654/504tq
Power @ 41psi 679/516tq

2.4LR
CBRE Ported head
Sheepey t3 6466 turbo kit
GSC S3 cams
Buschur ported intake manifold
Buschur ported 65mm TB
ETS FMIC
Tial Q bov
Bosch 2200cc inj
Dual Aeromotive 340lph in-tank
Tephra v7 speed density /w ecuboost

Pics of graph. One graph is around 37psi, another graph 41psi. The vehicle will be mostly used on the lower boost map for reliability purposes. We took the car out and did a 4th gear pull, but it had traction issues which affected the logger output calculations in VD, so im not sharing that. From the data I gathered, it looked to be roughly right around 810WHP in VD.

36-37psi:

41-42psi:

is something holding it back? Seems a bit low for 40+ on a 2.4. Looks like a very wide powrband though which I'm sure is a ton of fun.

Normal reading mustang dyno. We were on the phone with mustang to get it calibrated 100%. In VD the pull we did was over 800, but the car couldn't get traction good enough to share a graph and it made a hump in the middle of the run from traction loss.

Its forward facing, so when it was on the street the power went up with the colder and thicker air.

Whether the VD is right or wrong, we have the mustang to go by regardless. Heres how it does on the street though:

It lost traction in 4th gear at 6k which created the hump.
