No boost before 6k

With a heavy heart i am writing this fellas.

Getting 15 Psi @ 5.8k , 64mm turbo with MAp t3 exhaust manifold -S2s.

Things that i have checked.
-Boost leak
-Exhaust leak
-Bov
-Changed the turbo
-Down pipe
-Checked Cam timing
-Checked with Boost controller disconnected
-Checked the waste gate.

Only thing left is to change the waste gate and use a 1.5 bar spring.

Please advise.

Thanks.

At what psi did you check for boost leaks?
Has this issue recently started occurring or after a modification you had done? if so, what was it?
Can you post some pics of the engine bay and parts setups?

is your wastegate external or recirculating? if external, check if it is leaking exhaust gases at idle so you know if it is not sealing properly.

It's external . Non recirculating. How can we check if its leaking at idle?

You're head is extremely dirty around the exhaust manifold flange. Maybe its leaking there really badly.

EDIT: Well it looks like everything is extremely dirty and you said you checked that so never mind.

Put a TiAL MVS 38mm on it and see what happens. Anyone local you can swap and try for a quick minute?

Can't find another tsmart 38mm.
looking to swap exhaust manifold. Wgate down pipe. If that disnt work either then the last option left is to change the cylinder head but that would be the end of this chapter. Extremely frustrated.
