How many or is there any Car Seat Anchors in a EVO 8/9??

Looking into purchasing an EVO 9 soon and looking to get some feedback.

There is just one. Its the middle seat & the anchor is on the upper rear deck

Joe there is actually three. I pulled out my back seat and rear shelf last week

Great picture though you; you always bring great graphics which are very helpful when searching for info down the road

And actually now that I look at your picture you can see they show item 14 going into 3 different places. See that is why your pictures rule!

 

ok- so there's 3 anchors on top behind headrests, what about the anchors in/under the rear seat cushions>??

 

No specific anchors that I recall under the seat. There are just the places where the seat belts are bolted down to.

I am pretty sure there are anchors in the seat cushions. I have put my daughter in the back seat before. Here is a picture for reference, though it is a evo 8. The symbols in the black circles indicate car seat anchors.

I am speaking from experience there are 100% 3 anchors in the Evo 8/9. I have my sons car seat in my evo.

 

Same. My son has been riding back seat since 6 weeks old.

 

Lol its all good bud! Like I said Im just thrilled that you always link pictures. There have been numerous times I've searched for something random and you save the day with a graphic that tells the whole story

So being that I don't have any children, and the recent updates to this thread it has me curious; are there 3 anchors under the seat cushion as well as the 3 up above?

 

There are 3 on the top deck and 4 total between the bottom of the seat and the back of the seat in the crease. Each child seat has 3 anchor points, 2 on the bottom and one for the top.

Same, my 3 year old loves riding in my car. But, I do drive it conservatively for his safety. 2 star crash rating is something to keep in mind. Mitsubishi had Race Car in mind when building it. Not so much family car.
