To all the peeps that have stock colored Defis, is it the red or the amber ones that match the stock cluster better day and night?

Well if you're looking at the BF series there is no "red" option. Only amber, and it fits the stock gauges pretty closely.

Anyone put a flip up screen stereo in the lowest pocket? If so how did it come out?? I'm looking at maybe putting a Avic N3 in using the radio relocation kit.
