In the video I was taking her upto 10,300rpm
It makes power from 6000rpm to 10,000 without any problems. The power band is extremely wide.

Well we took Dan's evo downtown last night here in Boise Idaho on the "cruise" 
Unloaded it from the trailer and holy hell, instant 20 people gathered around. Here are some pics of the car downtown last night. We are heading to the track here in a few, will update tonight.
I got the honors of test driving this thing on a side road yesterday. Did a 2nd through 3rd gear pull at 44lbs. HOLY HELL!! Now it takes a bit to get my butthole to pucker since I'm used to my talon. But this car had my butthole puckered like none other 2nd and 3rd gear on M/T full slicks it was spinning them like it was nothing! I had to lift as the car drifted around a bit in 3rd gear. I'm a bit jealous of the evo right now haha. My car has ran a best of 8.83 @164mph and this thing had me a nervous wreck! It makes so much TQ it's not even funny.
We can't wait to get to the track and run it and see what we can do. Hopefully it will hook decently. Dan is going to have a hand full with this beast! The trans is not all up to par right now, it has a very small crunch going into 3rd gear. We suspect after all the abuse it has seen this past 3 years it's time for a freshen up job on it.
Hopefully the trans holds together for a few passes today. The way it felt it wasn't bad at all, so I have faith it will hold together just fine.

Not so much a good day, the trans took a **** on the 1st pass. Drained the fluid and bits of chunks were coming out

Here is the incar video of the pass. The guy in the black supra decided it would be funny to play with Dan on the staging lights. Dan was on the 2step forever and a day and had to get off the 2step, as soon as he got off the 2step the guy finally staged, Dan got back up on the 2step but not long enough and bogged the launch hard. Missed 2nd gear, locked out of 3rd, and 4th seem to go in "ok" This is when we pretty much knew the trans was done. But man this thing has some CRAZY topend.

We are going to pull the trans and get it off to shep and get this thing back together and go at it again. Dan thank you so much for making the trip over here. Sorry we couldn't get a clean pass on it. I know it's frustrating. But we will get it no doubt!
