Power/boost loss?!

So I was racing my friend, and everything seemed to go as planned, until I got to 5th gear. As I was nearing 5k rpm's, ready to shift to 6th gear, I hear a semi-loud pop. It sounded as if my uicp coupling came off (since I've had this happen before). I pulled over to check all the couplings and pipes to be safe. Everything seemed to be in place, so I continued my way. But, when I tried to floor it, I could definitely sense a power loss. I went up to 23psi with no trouble, but it didn't seem to run to its full potential as before.

I'm obviously a little clueless, and I was wondering if anybody had anything to contribute of help. I would greatly appreciate all the help I can get. I mean, the car seems to run just fine, oil was changed very recently, but the power loss is definitely noticeable.

Thanks in advance!

go check your plugs, check all your couplers from the turbo to your throttle body. any new strange noises at idle or while driving?

obviously you didnt check ALL the couplers if you did it from the side of a road. check by the turbo, licp and couplings going into IC.

Sounds like you may have had a coupler split on you. If everything looks ok.
I would do boost leak test to make sure your not missing anything.
