I'd like to give a big thumbs up for the bluestuff for track AND street use. I've suffered from a lack of confidence in my pads on the track for several years (Hawk HPS, HP+) and noisey, rotor chewing on the street (above plus Hawk blue). I thought the Racing Brake 800s were going to do it, but I wore a set of new ones down to the metal in two and a half 30 minute sessions at Barber. No doubt I'm very hard on brakes; I probably over-slow the car. But, the EBC Bluestuff performed very well in recent weekends at Rd Atlanta and Sebring. I was comfortable working them hard, even with a passenger in most sessions. Things got quite hot, as the rotors were heat checked after Rd Atl, but I had no fade the next week at Sebring. Seems to be plenty of pad left and rotors look OK. Another BIG PLUS is that Perfect Brakes (online) gave me a free set of rear pads with the purchase of fronts, and the fronts were priced lower than other options I looked at. (This offer is for NASA and SCCA racers and HPDEs; click the link for NASA/SCCA, and enter your member or racer number.) I've been using them on the street for about a month since being on track, and they make zero noise and perform just fine (maybe require more pedal pressure).

How do you like the XP10's? I'm thinking of going with the same pads for my track setup, along with DBA 4000 rotors.
