that's like husband kickking the wife's azz and then apologizing afterwards.. you were a dick and this is a public forum.. we can all be dicks and keep eye out on your replies and threads and yell "repeat poster" every time you repost but we don't have the same amount of time to waste as you and we don't want to stoop to your level of "greatness" anyway

well since the damn search function has no point now (5 pages only kept...LAME) there is no point to even posting anything valuable...it simply rolls off after the 5th page ...so all the info we initially posted about the car back last year is gone...it's a wasted effort and I'm sorry but I don't feel like doing this every 6 months when this post rolls off next....it's kinda annoying...as such when normally on most boards you could simply search for the old info and it would pull it up...this board kills it too quick so we are back starting at square one again....that is not helpful...I do appolgize for getting snippy with some of the guys on here because I did not realize that the owners of the board apparently feel it necessary to delete posts so quick...I do hate it when it is something that you can simply search for and people are lazy and just start a redundant thread and or ask stupid questions...it would help if the board actually retained a good bit more posts so that maybe it would be usefull but to be honest i see no point even searching for posts because half the info is gone by the time you want to look anything up...example ....a million and one posts about the size offset etc... of the rims...these questions have been answered but the original posts are gone now...what a waste..I do see this as a problem though for anyone new to the board will never be able to catch up to the people who have been on here a long time...it's almost a waste posting...and all the info will be redundant ...but hey if thats what they want then so be it...seems like a waste of a board that way.

I am not sure, but I think the "D" in GDI is diesel!

GDI- Gasoline Direct Injection, dont really know what the difference is from regular engines, I think Isuzu is the first in the US with this 2003 or 2004 in their Rodeo SUV , I could be wrong though..

GDI is the next big thing in engines. Althought the concept has been around a while and a few different manufacturers have tried it, it hasn't been too successful until recently. Audi (and VW) are the first to go mainstream with it. I believe ALL audi's new engines are using it. Basically, (I am not an engineer - so I mean BASIC) the fuel is sprayed under high pressure direcly into the cylinder instead of the intake manifold. All the literature I 've read claims increased horsepower and fuel efficiency. There were a couple of articles about it in either C&D or Motortrend recently.

FYI: Audi engine = VW engine. Its just a elegant version and the not-so elegant version.

Go play with the other kids in the sandbox and be a good toddler. By the way this board doesn't "urk" me...just certain people on here like you. Your lack of knowledge of a decent car also shows your intelligence... There are plenty of people on here I can talk to and have a knowledgable conversation with and if you stopped lurking in the damn appearance threads maybe you would realize that. if you knew anything at all about a car you wouldn't mock mr2's being they can do donuts around our car...oh no...did I actually admit another car is better than the lancer ralliart...??? get used to it... It's a nice grocery getter ...nothing more. I have one also but atleast I can come to that realization. I'm done playing pissing contest with the teenagers so go play some more granturismo and stay in your dreamworld.
It's too bad that the only thing you can rip on are how my cars look. If you haven't noticed, none of my cars have any bodykits, and my taste has been conservative even though I don't mind a clean kitted car. And as for the taillights, they came with the eclipse when i bought it, so whatever. As for me being a teenager, you are totally wrong- as a matter of fact, It's funny that you mention Gran Tourismo- because I do work in the game industry, I am working on the next greatest driving game ever, and I probably make 5X the money you do. So if I don't respond to any future replies, It'll be because I'm very busy making a game that 99% of the people on this board are going to buy. Instead of being a ***** to people just making harmless posts, why don't you just offer friendly advice and be helpful. That's what these things are for, right? Peace out and get a life.

The best Mitsu is offering are the Lancer Ralliarts. So I'll be getting Lancer. As to the 1 grand bucket seats, you can always get the not-so-cheap recaro seats. Or you can ask a friend from japan to help u buy the jap Ralliart Recaro seats. Make sure your harness does work for it though, or else you have to super glue it
yeah thats exactly why i'm going to get a lancer too...mitsu all the way... btw has any1 heard about them losing money and going bankrupt? it might be a rumour but i heard something about it...

anyway...i probably will not replace the seats anytime soon...i believe in all or nothing...i see no point in buying cheap recaro seats, then a few months later, switch-a-roo...thats just a damn waste of money...what i probably WOULD replace first, is the steering wheel...swear those designers were crazy putting a 4 spoke in a sports car...if only they'd steel that wheel from the eclipse, or evo, or jap lancer...

I didn't say 5X what everyone makes. Just you. And I hate to brag, but since I bought all my cars with my own dough, I will- the Lancer is one of my 4 cars, or did you already forget my turbo GSR (which I built- not bad for somebody who's all show and no go- right?). And just to end any arguments about my paper credibility, I'm also rocking the escalade on 26's. And since you probably haven't been around the truck section of cardomain, I threw a couple of pics of the escalade on my homepage for ya. Geez man- just forget it. I hate fightin like little kids over a message board. You just gotta ease up on people man- everyone has different tastes with cars, and not everyone is a message board pro like yourself. Just lighten up man. This whole argument is dumb, and I'm even angry at myself for carrying on, so I'll just stop right here. oh, and GTA San Andreas is gonna change games... forever. I'm gonna end this peacefully right here. If you wanna continue, just email me please. Thanks

yeah for real, I know an extremely rich person who just drives a 95 Maxima. Some people prefer practicality. Especially with crazy *** gas prices these days!!
