FYI: You cant import Evos in Canada. HOWEVER, in the list of "Canada's do not allow cars list", you are allow to import an Evo to Canda that is made in the year 2002 or older. They dont allow any Evos that are 2003 to 2004. So anything older than that can be eligible for importing.

 

I have no idea for sure but ive heard from several people that the evo4 was the best yet.

 

so let me just be clear on this, i always use jap or chin, without any offensive meaning, i'm chinese too, someone calls me chin, itz an abbreviation to me, cuz that's what they meant it to be... some people are just little pussies who complain about little abbreviations or names that could be offensive. like serious...i go up to my friends, and go "waht's up ***?" and we laugh cuz we all know it was not meant to be offensive. it doesn' tmatter what word you say, but how you meant it. jap was an abbreviation, to me and all my friends, just stop being pussies and whining about it, itz 2004, i think we should all just be a little more open about silly little names, especially when it wasn't even meant to be offensive

 

you can only do that around your friends(people who know who you really are). Anyone else that you dont know would most likely being saying it an offensive prejudice way.

Anyways back to the topic. Yea we do need an awd ralliart which will compete with the wrx while the evo competes with the sti.

 

Maybe if EVERYONE is saying the same thing to you that you should get the point that most people that dont know you find it offensive. And I havent EVER heard of anyone reffer to a chinese person as "chin". Maybe I am on the minority there but i have never even heard of that. I agree that is would be nice to get a little "more" car, but I dont think that AWD is the way to go. I say slap a turbo on the car and leave it FWD and compete with EVERYTHING! That and give us some good ZR rated tires.

alright......here's my problem ...I'm working on a Friend's project ....Lancer 2002 ... we swapped in it a 2007 4g93t-GDI with a CVT-INVECS **** & then we exchanged the block for a 4g94 with its tranny + a RRM Large Intercooler Kit + ACT stage 3 Clutch Kit (4 PUK)....we did each & ev.thing required to let ev.thing function right BUT the car first responded very well for the first 2days & Suddenly the car began to do strange things like not launching @ all & rpm falls till the car stalls ! i guess it's the ECU !!!!!!!!!!! could somebody help me ??
(i'm planning to Megasquirt the fuel system next week )
