Notchy gear switching? What RPM you shift?
When doing everyday driving and not intending to accelerate quickly, at what rpm do ya'll normally switch gears at? What rpm's do yall cruise at also? For example I was cruising at 35mph. I could be in 3rd gear at over 3krpm's or I can be in 4th gear under 3krpm's. Which one do you cruise at?
My commute is constant up and down hills from 45 to 55MPH, so I rarely seem to drop below 2.5 to 3k RPM in any gear.. usually staying in between 3k and 4k, and shifting closer to 4k.
