i liked it better when only new and updated cars showed up on the forum home page - - now it just shuffles everyones car around when the page refreshes - - - - we could then see who new had put up new pics or updated their pics - - - now we cant see that unless we go into the regsitry and click on the updated cars

its ashame that a couple people have to ruin it for the rest by updating your car 15 times a day so that it is always on the top of the list . . . . . to those guys

maybe we could get it back to how it used to be again . . .

 

i agree, i prefered it the other way too, it kept me more in tune with who was new, maybe KK could put it back for like a week and see how it goes . . .

 

Perhaps a compromise where you could choose which you view? I think that might make both crowds happy.

 

yeah - - either or - - id like the option to choose which way to have it, but i think we could try the old way for a bit and see what happens too . . .

 

and maybe with the option to switch between random & newly updated, a way for each individual user to block CERTAIN peoples cars from appearing when they view the home page b/c they update them every other minute...

 

Well, I don't want to overcomplicate it for Mark, but if it is doable without any headaches it'd be pretty cool.

 

Actually I coded that functionality into the script, but I need a little more time to fully integrate it.

Well I changed mine over to updated... then all day today I saw that familiar *** staying at the top of the list. So I changed it back to random. Oh well.
