Hey all, I had started a thread before about RX8 guys hassling my evo.
I came back to look for replies and it seems to have just vanished. I assume a moderator deleted it or something? If this happens, do you get any sort of message to say so or basically if your thread is gone someone moderated it, thats it?

I mean it could be a database error or something, I would just like to know.

A case of either over-moderation, or system fluke. Either way it was a funny thread and I hope it comes back.

 

It seems lots of threads just disappear on evom, maybe a little to much moderation...

The thread was trashed by a mod. And 99% of the trashed threads are a result of members reporting them for one reason or another. The community here primarly determines what gets voted off the island.

Is there anywhere where you can just talk general car stuff without it getting modded away? Like a lounge forum or anything like that? So people actually report threads they think are off topic and the mods just delete them? Seems a bit harsh if people are participating in the thread and theres no serious insult slanging or innappropriate language/behaviour in it.
