Who makes the rules

I first want to start off by saying Im not baggin on anyone Im just a bit confuzed. Why must you have 50 posts before being able to buy sell or trade on this site. I want to by some seats. I have been looking for about a month now. I found them on this site. I am just wondering what does 50 post merite wether i can buy stuff of not...Is there a reason for this madness

Hmm... i have always kind of wondered about that. But this site is a priviledge for all who access. Its not like we have to pay a fee. Hell....its free, so play by their rules.

But I have wondered why I have been a member here for over three years and am still not an evolved member. More like, not a post *****!! Ha ha...

Just pm the seller. I believe the 50 posts rule just limits you posting in that section. It is mostly intended to stop people from signing up for EVOm to just sale stuff. Unfortunately, there have been many problems with scammers in the past and this rule should help stop some of them.

It's to protect people from scammers who come here just to buy or sell instead of being contributing members. No one said you can't just PM the guy selling the seats. Is it that hard?

Anyway, artificially raising your post count by making blank posts or starting a thread asking a question that has been answered 1000 times and that is plainly stated in the FORUM RULES AT THE TOP OF EVERY FORUM will get you in trouble faster than it will get you to 50 posts.

I feel that overall consideration should be given to time as a member and number of posts. OH well!

I understand what the original poster of this thread is going through. It is simple to PM the user, but sometimes it helps to post in the thread itself to bump it so the seller sees it.(imho). Anyhow, I am just trying to buy an Evo and cannot post/bump their for sale thread. I don't mean to post ***** either, but just stating my opinion and trying to make somewhat semi-intelligent contributing posts. I'm not as retarded as it may seem. I just really want some of the Evos in the for sale threads that the sellers are not getting back to me on....

Just PM the guy and the other guy and make a deal that way.

Some sites require a verified paypal address and a charge paid to the site before you can sell on the site. Just be glad you have what you have.
