Get a Forester XT and turn it into a 350whp sleeper The new CX-7 from Mazda is pretty cool as well.

I just wondered if the ones "reporting" the threads, are usually from the same "group", or you see a pattern of the same one "crying" all the time. I haven't reported anyone yet, and there is usually GREAT info which gets deleted. Does that make (Put name here) ______________ responsible for deleting Very informative/useful info, and making us make an informative descision on only the "cleaned up" posts? I dont have issues with anyone, and would be PISSED OFF, if I got a tune from "tuner A" because the info I "searched" seemed reliable, when in fact there was a previously removed thread which CLEARLY mentioned the fact (and also had DATA TO PROVE IT!!!) that the tune is known to be JUNK! I just feel sorry for the ones who come on here later, and are not privy to this info. You might have to put me in time-out on this one, I think its just WRONG.

I think we are all adults, and we can look over different camps bickering, but if you pay for a TUNE, you should get that. This is the FIRST TIME I actually saw with my own eyes, that you don't necessarily get what you pay for!! The ones who do all the slamming/complaining/ etc... are the ones who have something to hide. PERIOD!

no need to beat around the bush, i know what you are talking about. and the answer is NO, the reported posts comes from many different members that are just sick and tired of seeing the same crap over and over again. also, i think that one can make a pretty good decision with all the threads we have here. we only delete threads that gone completely off topic or pure flame fests. non of this "great" info would be deleted if people just knew how to bahve and express themselves but i can tell you right now, not going to happen. this board is packed with people that feel that the only way for them to get the massage accross is by calling someone names or using profanity.

I think it is a FOUL! At least 2 minutes in the penalty box. I wanted to know who has what as far as mods in their car, and their "camp" bias, you know its there. One from camp "A" becomes a Moderator, and wants his buddy in the same "camp" to be voted on as a moderator, then you start to get one camp better represented then the other one, which can lead to you guys PULLING threads which shouldn't be pulled. That is all I am saying. Did you see the data on the supposed "tune"? on the other site? would you be proud if you paid your money for that? Answer that to us please.

If you would (sorry about that), but if you wouldn't, should the kid who saved his whole life to get an evo, and wanted that tune, (Because he searched this site, and can find nothing (not good) about this tune) be notified about it? or let him at least look at the "tables" and THEN make a descision? Maybe I need more coffee, or an MRI of the brain, I think this is unfair.

I actually asked EvoLancerMR when he was a Supermoderator what it took to become a moderator. He asked a few questions and then started shooting the proverbial **** with me, after just talking for a while (I think he was asking others about me and checking my post past) he said I could be one as soon as he became an Admin.

I currently have a 02 lancer (for sale) 03 Tacoma (with 114k miles on it!) and a Xterra.
I'm going to be buying a 2006 Legacy GT as soon as I can (extra house up for sale currently) and I think I will get a Jeep as well for a toy.

As for deleted threads/posts. There really isn't much bickering in the Lancer section, just a cali group that likes to harrass members, so I usually delete their posts or sometimes the whole thread if they have been in there all day being douches.

Who tuned my cars? no one... but I do plan on getting an AccessPort for the legacy when I get it.

Again, I am NOT sticking it to you, I think YOU are sticking it to US, or the newbies for closing threads which shouldn't be closed. There are probably other threads. You could have LOCKED it, so we can refer to it later, but REMOVE IT? Again, I am not mad, just interested in some accountability/answers. If it is not my place to ask these questions, nor get answers, Maybe I am on the wrong site!

Good info, now we are getting closer. Who REMOVED the thread last night? And what is the reason for it?

i will try my best to answer that for you:

1) there are no camps. like i said, the only people that deal with the vendors are the admins and super mods. the admins are lancerevoMR (drives a lancer) and Ali (drives an audi and the project evo). the super mods are myself (legacy gt) speedlimit (the smartest and most rational guy i have ever met) and Timzcat (drives an evo that has tons of parts from tons of vendors). none of us has any vendor bias (talk to your tuner about me and see what he says ).

2) instead of asking me about it, you can just run a search for the moderators and you will see that actually none of us have any vested interest in one vendor. we did have one mod that was clearly biased andd he is no longer with us for that reason.

3) as for the tune, i am not getting into that because thats not my job. also, that thread over at supraforums was deleted by their own mods so i really don't see what the point is with keeping the link to it. if you want, i will be more than happy to post that link again for you....

4) do you really think that a kid who just bought the car would be able to actuallly understand those tables???!?!?

5) our job here is not to make sure that people know what kind of tuner does what. we also feel that if a person decides to make a smart decision, they can do it easily from just searching this site.

6) i truly feel that every single person that is on our staff right now is great and i am proud to do this with them. we have a great staff that is very fair (again, do a search) and we are all here for the same reason: we love the car and we want to help the community.

7) and because you are so upset that we deleted that link, there you go, knock yourself out:
