I have been watching my self after that event and realized it was very childish of me. I'm sure you haven't noticed any incidences of me being a jerk. I do my very best around here to contribute my past experiences on what has and hasn't worked on my car, certain products known to fail to help out new and old in their purchasing and modding decisions.
Sidenote: Aren't moderators/judges picked to moderate, not because of their knowledge, but because of knowing that they have to be fair to all parties instead of chosing favorites or using their powers for personal vendettas? Just a thought.

Oddly enough, the criminals locked in the jail never feel that they got a "fair" shake either. The idea is that we're being fair from the standpoint of the website we volunteer to work for. Not from the standpoint of the rule-breakers.

1) i already said that i am human and i have said it many times in the past. i made mistakes and i will do some more in the future. i am not trying to act holy at all. i do think that being nice to new people is important and that is why i always do just that. you don't know anything about me or what i do behind the curtains in this site. i get an avarage of 15pm's a day from new people asking for my help and i do so the best that i can.
2) i have no clue what you are even trying to say in the last part. did you see me using my power for vendetta? if you are still here, it means that i am being objective and doing my best to be fair.
the buttom line is that you broke the rules and instead of banning you, i decided to give you a second chance. you decided to get all hurt about it and attacking me ever since. how about we do this, i will ignore you from now on so i don't offend you with my rude and insulting "whatever" and you just keep being a great member. that seems fair to me.
and to think that all i said was "whatever" instead of banning you...
