Spare me computerguy, WTF? Why do you have to talk like this?

There is no reason PERIOD to make a statement like this. (Original RobertK comment re: setting up a forum)Searching has been a problem for many sites...not just this one.

Talk to me like an adult, not a "SPARE ME Computerguy"attitude, we're all equals here, and should all be respected the same.

the way you talk will detremine how you are being talked too. calling the mods asses and idiots is a sure way of making sure we don't take you seriously which is exactly what robertK did with the OP.

Why oh why does anyone WANT to be a mod with this type of grief?

Personally i think you guys do a good job for the most part, on a site this size its difficult to keep control,. 90% of the time your doing to right thing.
So go team!!! woo hoo!!! yeh EvoM mods!!! 3 cheers for mods!

You should get bumper stickers made that say "I'd rather be moderating"
get one for your mothers that say "my son is a proud EvoM moderator"
maybe get some of those silly ribbon stickers "Moderator Awareness"

ok i think im done......wait no.............."Moderator Appreciation Day" or even a whole week, maybe we should vote on it

waaaa, waaaaa, waaaaa, wooonnnkkkkk wonnnnnkkkkkkk!!! get out of the way for the wambulance!!!

Ok, I'm done.

I've had mods delete posts and move threads. When I finally figure out where they went I always think to myself "man, I should have posted that there instead" or "I'm glad they deleted that post instead of just warning me." oh yeah, I like the rules because they make sense.

This image reminds me of the moderator stereotype...Blonde, I have to assume you don't talk to your mother this way when she calls you a name... it's called being the bigger man (or woman) ... Geez, anyone can run a formum these days...lol

I must be getting old, but I can't remember the last time either of my parents have "called names". Perhaps as a contributing member of society with a respect for my parents, great family, and an admirable profession, that has not been needed in a long, long time.

Don't want to sound like a suck-up, but I gotta go with the mod on this one.

I respect most of the mods on this site. they have a tough job and are doing it for free. that shows a devotion to the community.
I have only had an issue with one mod in regards to my avatar. he didn't like the fact that it said "go _uck yourself"(yes, the f was missing) from family guy. I am still frosted at that looking at his avatar and those of others. only reason I was given was that this is a family website. I don't agree, but you either accept their answers or find another site....

I'm sure you just had not read the forum rules, but they are enforced!"

So, I go to do what this MOD asked and find this...

-Zeus-

So, I change my sig and remove any links from all other past thread postings of mine and I then reply...

Next time you ask me to kindly do something.

How about letting me do it myself, OK?
This is the part when the bra and panties come out...

Also, remember this is a privately owned site with "freedoms" afforded to the members at the will of the site owner. There are rules of usage posted throughout the site."

It would have been so much easier to just say thank you for complying with the rules and my request.

Talking

formum..haha...classic...almost works though...sounds like "KEEP QUIET" in our forum..

You'd think this thread would be closed by now...

I can say I agree with most of the comments by the mods except those who act childish by personal attacks. (Regardless of who started it)

Keep these comment to yourselves, that's all I'm sayin.

I was trying to relate to the obviously young mod who made the comment.

I'm trying to figure out why this stupid post still exists. Points have been made.... albiet completely pointless whines on the part of the original poster.

Time to move on.
