could someone post the pathway to ans the use of iTrader, i've used it before, and i've tried to search for it, but i can't access iTrader fsr...

you have to click on the link beside the user name as far as I can tell. this will bring you to yours just like clicking the link beside your user name would.

 

thanks for responding, but i still don't get it, are you saying that i am to 'respond' to their iTrader review placed for me?
i'm in iTrader and i've searched for the forum member i want to give a review, i pulled their name from the forum list of members but then there is no place to 'click on' to give a review.

 

ok, i submitted feedback for the person with whom i traded, that was easy, but how do i submit feedback first? anyone?

 

if you click on there sales rating it will take you to their itrader profile. from there look under the feedback rating and it will have a link to submit feedback for that user.

this is kind of hard to do, maybe one of the admin will fill us in on the easy way. if there is no easier way you guys definitely need to make one it's a pita to search for a post from a user to leave feedback.

 

When I buy something from a member I have always discussed the deal with them thru PM's. You can access the ITrader rating from the PM's they have sent you rather than searching for a post they made.

I try to leave all my buyers feedback if I know their screen name. You can search with their name too and it will pull up any post they were involved in...thats a simple way to do it. My problem is I get a lot of orders on the site and dont know who it is on here.

 

add a comments field to your order form if you don't already have one and instruct them to put their EvoM screen name there if they want feedback on the transaction doesn't really matter unless feedback is part of your business model...

 

We have that already on the form...sometimes people do it...sometimes people don't.

Replace the x's with the user's member ID number. If you hover over their name in the PM, you'll see their ID number in the link in your status bar. That's the only other way I know to do it. It's handy if you're trying to leave feedback for somebody with no posts.
