It seems with the Evo X coming out that there are quite a few noobies posting without searching. I would like to see them start searching so there are not even more duplicate post that will make searching in the furture harder.

 

We would all like this, how possible it is, who knows...

Best thing you can do is kindly answer their question or address the post, then nicely show them how they can find the answers in the future.

 

Creating a post to tell new people to post is an even greater exercise in futility.

As said, if you'd searched in this very forum, you'd find quite a few threads saying "we need the n00bs to search." So I guess this is ironic. Or hypocritical.

In any case, otter covered it - treat them nice, answer their question. It's easier on everyone.
