Are you using the Palm OS or windows mobile? What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing the cache?

Just logged out and logged back in, on both my windows mobile devices, with no issues. Might be an issue with whatever browser you're using.

Hi,

We haven't made any changes in several months. Also, IB is working on an mobile app, however, I do not know when it will be complete. Thanks.

We have never had a true Evom mobile site; that is being developed for all the IB sites. The best we can do at this point is tinker with the mobile detection scripts available in the Admin control panel. However, every time we make a change, the feedback is alll over the map. Many were delighted and many were equally disappointed.

Robb may have a better hand at picking the scripts , however, there is not one (at least I'm not aware) that will that fit every one's needs. For every phone type and user, there are different settings, user experience and expertise. Thanks.

Hey Jeff,

Bob is correct, we did change the settings on our mobile detection product to offer the full site to iPhone users after many, many complaints when it was the other way around.

Once we finalize things, you'll be able to make the selection all on your own. Hopefully this is ready to go very soon.

cheers,
robb
