Pls this guy Andy Dang ripped me off with $430 if you read the txt messages you can see the truth.

Perhaps I'm misreading, but I think you're being way too impatient. You pay the guy and then are hassling him about shipping the next day? IMO, it'd be far more reasonable to give someone a week to get something shipped. People aren't always available to hop out the next day to get something going. I think you're crying scam prematurely.
OTTER, pls read the pics he told me to send the money to his bank account for him to ship the headlamps on the Friday 3/13 that I deposited the money.
After the money was deposited on his account on 3/13 a week ago, he has not replied to any of my text messages or emails sent via the forum.
He told SASD209 that he doesn't want to sell me the headlamps, which is fine but he needs to return me my $430 which I deposited into his Suntrust account.
Also, a few minutes ago he logged in and read my messages asking for my money.

You can see now is that it's not a problem of waiting or being patient, he has taken my money and does not answer my messages.

If SASD has been handling this for you, then please take this discussion to PMs with him. Putting it up in public doesn't help the situation.
In the future, avoid putting money directly into accounts. It makes it nearly impossible to get your money back if something goes wrong. Use PayPal and a credit card.
