Complaints about this site

One thing that really bothers me is that I'm randomly unsubscribed to a few threads of mine. I know one of the reasons is when the moderators move the thread to another section, but at least keep me subscribed to it. Also, I don't like having to hit "subscribe" to every thread that I participate in, cuz sometimes it takes too long when I'm in a hurry. If there was a way in the control panel for it to have a "participated threads" section, I"d like that, like the S2000 boards. Ok, enough *****ing, but moderators, please take this into consideration.

I'll have to look into the unsubscribe issue, but you can set your account to auto subscribe you for each thread you've replied in.

I can't find that "auto subscribe" option in the control panel anywhere.

Use 'Email Notification' by default?
Using this option emails you whenever someone replies to a thread that you have participated in.

I just deactivated that feature, and it still sends me email for some reason. Maybe another glitch?

That feature will auto select the checkbox for you when you reply or create a thread, but it won't de-select your previous subscriptions. Your main control panel page will display all your selected threads, where you should be able to unsubscribe:

See, what I want to do is make it to where I can view my participated threads in the control panel, but don't have to subscribe to do so. I don't want any emails either to tell me there's a reply to those threads, since I check this site all the time, anyways. Is that possible?

Hmm, I'd have to look at the code and see how to do something like that. I believe the latest version of the bb software that's coming out should have that feature. Hopefully it'll go out of beta soon and we can work on the upgrade process.

That's because the registry is for Lancers only.
