This banner keeps displaying.


Turbo Garage went out of business a years ago. When you try to call the number it goes to someone's personal cell phone and he says you have the wrong number. How many years of advertising did they pay for???

 

Bet that guy gets a lot of calls

 

No doubt. Feel sorry for the poor guy!

Anyway, I'd rather see a banner from a company thats an active sponsor here.

Actually, the number is wrong. I just clicked on the website and it took to their site. I wonder if they opened back up. I live in the same state and last I heard they closed but maybe not.

The number it list on the site is (303) 859-1808. I tried to call and got VM for Turbo Garage.

Sorry maybe this is a false alarm but the ad should be changed with the correct phone number.

Update:
I did get an email back from Brian at Turbo Garage so my mistake, they are open. The Turbo Garage user account has not signed on since June 2008 and all their threads have been closed so it looked like they were out of business. The number listed in the ad is definitely wrong though and should be changed if they are still paying for banner ads.

 

why dont you shop at an active Vendor's site?

 

I do. I just wanted to point this out to the staff but apparently nobody cares to fix the phone number or to double check to make sure this ad should still be active.
