I am not quite sure which section this should go in but anyway Basically I paid for a set of fidanza cam gears from Yahh back in January, I paid $130 and once paid I didnt hear from him for about 2-3weeks and when he wrote back he said he had sent it etc. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited another couple of weeks as I felt just after christmas it was very busy and parts might be slow arriving but after another 3-4weeks and a load of emails and pm's I finally get another reply saying the parts had been lost or something along those lines and he would refund me my money once he recieved the money back and as of to date I have still heard nothing and am still short $130.

During the second period I had been in contact with one of the mods off of evom and he was very helpful and doing everything in his power to help me out but shortly after speaking with him Yahh wrote back so I havent followed it up but basically I have given up talking with the mods as im not sure how much further they can go with this and just wanted everyone to know that Yahh (Adi Jakupovic) is dirty f*cking thief and if I lived in the states I would be at his door to take my money but as I am not I just hope no one else falls for his scam.

 

There is a scammer thread around here some where.

Go to his regional forum and see if any one from that area knows of him.

I absolutely HATE scammers, especially since I have been a victim myself. If anyone else has been a victim of something like this and you have some information on the bastard that did it to you. I can probably help you find them

take it up with paypal... theyll give you back your money.

Paypal has this policy where they don't cover US sellers if they sell out of the U.S.

so just open up a dispute with paypal and you'll get the $130 back asap


and just an fyi it may not necessarily be his fault that you didn't get the shipment... i shipped something to Israel once and the shipment was lost at customs lost $200 in the deal... stupid foreign countries and their terrible customer service >:O

 

So this kid is going to get owned. Bad.

 

I do not know if this apply to international transactions but when I tried to dispute a transaction I had problems with they told me if its been past 30 days there is nothing they can do. Not sure how long its been exactly for the OP though
