Outrageous warnings…

This is ridiculous. What did i deserve to get warned by Shiv@vishnu. I don't even have the origional content of the post, and shiv never posted it in his PM to me. It now says i have 3, and banning is 4. Please take this warning off my account.

I complemented him on his performance in customer service, and said it must be getting better. It might have been viewed as sarcastic, but I have NO IDEA what RULE i broke. Can you please provide me with what rule i broke. It was sincere and if shiv can give me a warning for doing something like this there is something majority screwed up on this forum.

I hope i can get this answered.

No cuss, no flame, no nothing. There was nothing there to deserve a warning. I've said MUCH worse things in the past that warranted warning. I don't understand when this strict curtain has come to this board. It's plain out ridiculous.

I hope they answer, it's just unreal.

Well considering the thread has been deleted, I can't help you out. Only Shiv at this point. Have you tried PMing him about it?

The thread has not been deleted. My post HAS been deleted by SHIV. If a record is not kept by SHIV of what my post was, that is total bull. That means he can go around deleting and tossing warnings around whenever he wants.

There was nothing against the guidelines about that post.

I don't care about the flame wars, they are particularly interesting. I care that i got warned out of spite from shiv. That's totally unfair. He had no reason to warn me, and i want to see exact proof of what rule i broke and my whole content on the post.

Is this too much to ask?

Well we have no proof as to why he warned you. We really can't do anything to help you out if we don't know what he warned you for (cause obviously I and my fellow squad members haven't seen the particular incident).

What you can do is simply email Mark (KK) mark@evolutionm.net and ask for your warning to be removed. You should be straight.

Even witht he warnings it just means you can tpost in the vishnu forums correct or does it apply to the entire board. If he can hand out warnings that affect the entire board that is bs.

I agree about taking it to KK. If someone is going to do something the he is.

Tristar. Two years ago this site didnt even have 3000 memebers. and we didnt have the Evo. Heck two years ago it was a different site.

No, no, you got it all wrong. With or without warnings you can freely roam each forum and post to your liking.

Blonde,

And what is this almighty solution that is in the pipeline (or is that pipe dream?). As calm as I have been with all my communications even if I have to let loose here and there.

It's no wonder why my Evo and NSX are both still stock. I've never seen a tuner with a high enough level of maturity. I respect and commend the jobs that you and the other moderators do (as a free service) but I wonder what all the banning and editing will truly accomplish.

I understand that this is a private forum but at the same time the business world has taught me to let the cream rise to the top. All the bickering by one or two vendors, albeit entertaining, will tilt the money flows to a more savy or mellow tuner that keeps his cool.

No, 4 is the limit for a Time Out in which your posting privileges are removed for the entire forums. The duration of your Time Out will be decided by Mark the admin.
