185mph on the freeway? man I have only gotten up to 152 what mods do you have? that sucks and kind of stupid going that fast on a public road. Use roads that on not in use that much or get to know someone at a dinky airport that lets you drive there

just curious astro, how and where are you able to run 191 MPH? and if your goal is 200, i'm sure there are a number of things you could do to improve that. for example, aerodynamics are absolutely critical at that speed (which i'm sure you already know). i would start by taping up the seams on the hood, and possibly consider doing things like lowering the car (reduces drag), get the undercarriage as smooth as possible all the way back, reduce the frontal area that catches wind such as the massive intercooler duct. make a foam block to cover that up and lay some fiberglas over it, plug it when you do top speed runs. i would be interested in seeing video of you doing these runs if you have any...
